Ingredients:
3 cups fresh fruit, diced (peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, grapes)
6 cups water
1/2 cup sugar or honey, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
PREPARATION:
1. Combine all fruit, water, sugar or honey, and cinnamon in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, cover, simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
3. Mix 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch into 1/4 cup cold water.
Then stir the cornstarch mixture into the soup. Cook for 5 more minutes.
4. Remove from heat, cool, and refrigerate.
5. Serve cold.
