Salsa

7-8 peeled tomatoes
1tsp minced garlic
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1 red pepper
3 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 onion chopped(optional)

Very easy place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.  If you like salsa chunky pulse it a few time rather than completely running the blender.  Recipe taken from Point of Grace's Cooking with Grace Cookbook.
