What You'll Need
- 8-10 lb Pork Loin
- 2 lbs thin sliced bacon
- minced garlic
- Link sausage such as andouille (pre-cooked to 160 degrees F)
- garlic salt
- seasoning salt
Take the pork loin and cut a one inch slit in the middle of it. Take any kind of sausage(I used a chicken, spinach, and mozzarella) and stuff it in the slit. Coat the pork loin with garlic salt, seasoning salt, and garlic. Put in smoker for 5 hours at 250. If you don't have a smoker you can use a grill with a smoking box or an oven works too. Slice and serve.
