Smoked Stuffed Pork Tenderloin



What You'll Need

  • 8-10 lb Pork Loin
  • 2 lbs thin sliced bacon
  • minced garlic
  • Link sausage such as andouille (pre-cooked to 160 degrees F)
  • garlic salt
  • seasoning salt

  • Take the pork loin and cut a one inch slit in the middle of it.  Take any kind of sausage(I used a chicken, spinach, and mozzarella) and stuff it in the slit.  Coat the pork loin with garlic salt, seasoning salt, and garlic.  Put in smoker for 5 hours at 250.  If you don't have a smoker you can use a grill with a smoking box or an oven works too.  Slice and serve.
