Whole Wheat Pizza Crust


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus extra for greasing pan
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix by hand until dough comes together and doesn't stick to the side of the bowl.
    3. Use a small amount of olive oil to grease a medium sized (12-inch) pizza pan. Roll or press dough into pan. Bake for about 7 minutes or until golden brown. Let crust cool slightly and top as desired.
Serves
Yield 1 crust, 4 to 6 servings
