- 3 chicken breasts
- 1-2 bell peppers any color
- romain lettuce
- Taco seasoning(see my recipe)
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- tbs coconut oil
- 1 bag of coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbs course sea salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
Directions
In a skillet start with the coconut oil and garlic. After the garlic has seasoned the oil for about a minute add the chicken breast(sliced) and seasoning. After the chicken has cooked for about 5 minutes make sure it's not translucent add in sliced peppers. Let that cook for 5-10 minutes and prepare the slaw. Start with everything but the slaw mix. Add the vinegar onion and spices in a bowl and whisk together. In a separate bowl add the slaw mix and pour vinegar mixture over top and toss to mix. Wash the romaine before serving. Once the chicken has finished cooking build your wraps. Chicken and peppers on the lettuce and slaw on top. Enjoy!
