Grilled Mahi Mahi and Asparagus

  • 3-4 Mahi Mahi Fillets
  • Asparagus
  • Dill 
  • garlic salt
  • butter
  • bell peppers(optional)
  • minced garlic
  • fresh lemon
Coat the foil with a layer of butter and then arrange Mahi Mahi and veggies on the foil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, dill and minced garlic. Put asparagus on top the fish and squeeze lemon over all.  Make a pouch with the foil and put on the grill for about 15-20 minutes.  The lemon juice and moisture from the fish with steam the asparagus.
