Pretzel crusted tuna steaks




  • about a cup of honey mustard pretzels(any will do)
  • tuna steaks
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil
Place pretzels in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. Toss garlic salt on each side of the steak. Then coat with olive oil on each side, and coat the sides with the pretzel dust. I grilled the steaks for about 15 minutes...but you can bake too at about 400 degrees.  The honey mustard pretzels were quite tasty but any pretzel will work.  Easy and delicious the pretzel make a nice breading with out having to fry it.
