Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pita wraps or flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup Wholly Salsa
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mexican 3 cheese blend
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hash browns, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Wholly Guacamole
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce


Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Spread 1/4 cup salsa on each flatbread.
    3. Spread scrambled egg over each flatbread.
    4. Evenly divide cheese, crumbled turkey bacon and hash browns, then spread over pizzas.
    5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
    6. While baking, mix sour cream, guacamole, minced cilantro and hot sauce.
    7. Remove pizzas from oven and top with sauce.








Serves
Yield 2 pizzas
