Homemade Chicken Nuggets...or boneless wings


  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
Cuts the chicken into cubes.  While cutting the chicken heat a wok or skillet to medium heat and you are going to want have a good coating of vegetable oil on the bottom.  Take the breadcrumbs a seasoning and put in a sandwich bag.   Place cubes in the bag(this is where the kids can help...it's shake and bake and I helped) and coat with the bread crumbs.  Once the oil is hot place the nuggets into the wok. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes and then turn over for another 3-4 minutes or till they are nice and brown.  Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
