Ingredients:-2 tbsp sesame oil or coconut oit
-1 tsp minced garlic-1 tsp minced ginger
-1 cup frozen or fresh broccoli
-1can water chestnuts
-1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
-1 cup corn, fresh or frozen-1 cup shredded carrot
-3-4 cups cooked quinoa(cook before making stirfry)
-1 cup white rice (cook before making stirfry)
-1/4 cup soy sauce-2 eggs(cook before making stirfry)
-1 tbs chinese 5 spice
-salt & pepper, to taste
-extra soy sauce + Sriacha, to taste
-vegetables to you your liking
1. heat oil with garlic and vegetables together in a wok till tender.
2. add in rice, quinoa, soy, and spices let them cook together for about 2 minutes to absorb the flavor and serve.
