1 cup black beans
1 cup garbonzo beans
2 cans chicken stock
2 chicken breasts
1 cup of quinoa
2 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs chili powder
2 tbs garlic salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs sour cream
1 stock of celery chopped
Add all ingredients into a slow cooker minus the sour cream. Let it cook all day and before serving throw in the sour cream. Dinner made easy.
