Vegetable cooking spray
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Healthy Request® Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
How to Make It
- 1 Spray a 12-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
- 2 Heat the soup, milk, lemon juice, basil, garlic powder and vegetables in the skillet to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
