Crockpot cheesy scalloped potatoes


 
 
  • 3lbs potatoes
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • salt, pepper, garlic to taste
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  •  
Grease inside of the crockpot. Peel(optional) and slice potatoes and mix with cream and spices you like to taste.  Drain the cream mixture off potatoes and save.  Layer potatoes and cheese in the crockpot till all are used and pour saved cream over the potatoes.  Place heat on low and you are good to go.
