Tea Marinated Steak


 
 
  • 1 cup of any tea(Earl Grey or Lapsang Souchong are great)
  • 5 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of worchestershire sauce
  • garlic or seasoning salt to taste
    Salt or season each side of the steak. Place in a baking dish or container the steak will fit in.  Add all ingredients and let marinade for 30-45 min before cooking.  You can cook the steak with your favorite method, or you can bake it in the baking dish in the oven to your desired doneness.  350 for 15-20 minutes is what I did.
