Pumpkin Spice Dip

Ingredients

1 can drained Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) Canned
1 cup Pumpkin, canned
1/4 cup Nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added
2 tbsp Canola Oil
3 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Spices, ginger, ground



Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender.  Process until smooth.
Serve with your favorite fruit or whole grain.
