Ingredients
| 1 can drained | Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) Canned |
| 1 cup | Pumpkin, canned |
| 1/4 cup | Nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added |
| 2 tbsp | Canola Oil |
| 3 tbsp | Honey |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
| 1 1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1/8 tsp | Nutmeg |
| 1/8 tsp | Cloves |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Spices, ginger, ground |
Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Serve with your favorite fruit or whole grain.
