1 romain lettuce head
Seasoning
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes**
(optional: 1 tsp. flour)
Brown the ground turkey in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil. There isn't a lot of fat in the turkey other wise it may stick, depending on your skillet. Add in seasoning. Once the turkey is fully cooked serve on lettuce leaves as your taco shell. Of course add cheese or sour cream depending on your tastes.
