- 1 (20oz) can of pineapple
- six 1inch thick pork chops
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- drain pinapple but keep 1/4 cup of juice aside
- Place chops in shallow dish
- combine juice with all other ingredients and mix well
- pour over chops
- cover and let marinate for 2 or more hours
- remove chops from marinade
- grill on medium heat for 45 min turning frequently and basting with marinade
- place pinenapple ring on each chop a couple minutes before serving.
