Hawaiian Grilled Pork Chops

  • 1 (20oz) can of pineapple
  • six 1inch thick pork chops
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
  1. drain pinapple but keep 1/4 cup of juice aside
  2. Place chops in shallow dish
  3. combine juice with all other ingredients and mix well
  4. pour over chops
  5. cover and let marinate for 2 or more hours
  6. remove chops from marinade
  7. grill on medium heat for 45 min turning frequently and basting with marinade
  8. place pinenapple ring on each chop a couple minutes before serving.
Serves six
