Great omelets

  • 3-4 eggs
  • tbsp of milk
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • any other ingredients you like to add as filling Start by cooking the bacon. The bacon grease is great for cooking the omelet.  I use my wok because it makes the perfect size for the omelet.  After the bacon is cooked set that aside.  Whisk the eggs and milk together. Pour the eggs in the skillet or wok whatever you are using.  Allow the eggs  to get a good base before you put your filler in( you'll have to flip it). Basically when there is not as much liquid this is when you want to put in the bacon, mushrooms, cheese...whatever you like in an omelet.  Put the filling on one half of the omelet, and then flip it over.  Cook a little bit on each side to melt the cheese and you have easy omelets.
