- 1 pork roast
- 1 packet of onion soup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 cup of double strong Lapsang Souchong(smoked tea). 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke can replace this
- 4-5 russet or any potato you like
- 2 hand fulls of mini carrots I like to brown the roast in a pan coated on each side with garlic salt. Then put all of the ingredients into the crock pot and let cook all day.
