Pork Roast


  • 1 pork roast
  • 1 packet of onion soup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup of double strong Lapsang Souchong(smoked tea). 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke can replace this 
  • 4-5 russet or any potato you like
  • 2 hand fulls of mini carrots I like to brown the roast in a pan coated on each side with garlic salt.  Then put all of the ingredients into the crock pot and let cook all day.
